All fees listed below are in Singapore dollars (S$), exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST for these students is borne by MOE. Every year, fees are reviewed and subject to revision. For Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents under subsidised programmes, the tuition fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). 

Full Tuition Fees (Full Fees) is the total Fees without subsidy from Ministry of Education (MOE).

A transfer student’s remaining subsidy eligibility will be computed on a pro-rata basis. The subsidy eligibility for the new course should be proportionate to the unutilised subsidy from the previous course.

Note:

• The miscellaneous fees will be incorporated into student's bill together with the tuition fee and are to be paid only upon E-bill received from NSS-Finance. The bill will be sent to candidates after they have registered formally with the University.
• Candidates who withdraw from the programme within the first 2 weeks of the first semester shall not be liable for the Tuition Fee, and Miscellaneous Fees.
